The Position

This is an exciting time to join Remote as the VP Growth Marketing. In this role, you will own the data-driven marketing strategy to grow top-of-funnel pipeline and increase marketing’s contribution to revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with GTM, Product, Data, and other teams to transform growth into a durable engine for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategy.
  • Build and manage a high-performing Growth Marketing team and external vendors.
  • Lead full-funnel growth initiatives across paid, organic, ABM, and emerging channels.
  • Define, track, and report on growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion).
  • Architect attribution methods and execute continuous experimentation plans.
  • Drive B2B strategies with persona-based messaging to accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data teams for seamless GTM strategy.
