What This Job Can Offer You
The Senior Partner Solutions Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for driving the successful integration of partners onto the Remote platform. You will act as the technical bridge between our products and our partners' needs from pre-sales qualification through post-sales implementation and scaling.
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in API design, enterprise integrations and technical solution architecture.
- Proven experience in rapid prototyping and troubleshooting complex integration projects.
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation and training materials.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and generative AI platforms.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales cycle and partner discovery sessions.
- Design and deliver robust API integration solutions.
- Manage technical proof-of-concept projects and partner engagements.
- Develop and maintain technical enablement materials.
- Act as a key liaison between partners, sales, product, and engineering teams.
Measures of Success
- Increased win rates and revenue growth from partner opportunities.
- High partner and customer satisfaction.
- Effective delivery and adoption of partner integrations.
- Contributions to team knowledge and process improvements.
Practicals
Reporting to the Staff Partner Solutions Architect in the Sales team, this is a fully remote role aligned with the AMER timezone. The start date is as soon as possible.
