What This Job Can Offer You
The Senior Partner Solutions Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for driving successful partner integrations onto the Remote platform. You will serve as the technical bridge between our product and our partners’ needs from pre-sales to post-sales implementation and scaling.
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in API design and enterprise integrations.
- Proven rapid prototyping and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in technical documentation and enablement resources.
- Proficiency using modern sales and development tools including Salesforce and generative AI.
- Fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner-Facing Technical Leadership: Lead technical sales, partner discovery, tailored API demos, and robust integration design.
- Technical Enablement & Scaling: Develop materials such as implementation guides, best practices, and technical readmes; build scalable resources like the Remote API Demo application.
- Strategic Collaboration & Product Influence: Act as a liaison among partners, sales, product, and engineering teams; translate partner requirements into detailed business needs.
- Measures of Success: Increased win rates, high partner satisfaction, and successful integration delivery.
Practicals
You will report to the Staff Partner Solutions Architect within the Sales (Partnerships & Solutions Consulting) Team. The role is Global/Remote (AMER timezone) with an immediate start. Salary and benefits are competitive and designed for global talent.
