What This Job Can Offer You
The Senior Partner Solutions Architect acts as the primary technical bridge between Remote’s products and partners’ needs. You will drive partner integrations from pre-sales qualification to post-sales implementation, combining deep API expertise with consultative skills.
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in API design and enterprise integrations.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and complex integration projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and generative AI platforms.
- Fluent in English; remote work experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner-Facing Technical Leadership: Lead technical sales cycle, discovery sessions, and tailored product demonstrations.
- Technical Enablement & Scaling: Develop and maintain enablement materials, technical guides, and scalable resources.
- Strategic Collaboration & Product Influence: Bridge between partners, sales, product, and engineering teams to align on technical deliverables.
- Measurement of Success: Improve partner win rates, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and enhance team knowledge base.
Practicals
This is a full-time, global remote role reported to the Staff Partner Solutions Architect and is part of the Sales (Partnerships & Solutions Consulting) team. Though globally distributed, the role primarily aligns with the AMER timezone.
