The Position

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you will elevate IT support and system management to world-class standards. You will solve complex technical issues, strategize IT infrastructure enhancements, and manage our SaaS environment and macOS fleet for our global team, known as 'Remoters'.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced IT solutions for optimal end-user support.
  • Lead projects focused on improving our SaaS estate ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT operations with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven senior IT operations experience with a record of optimizing IT infrastructure.
  • Expertise in macOS environments, SaaS administration, and security compliance.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience in remote work environments is highly valued.

Practicals

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic IT Operations team. The role is fully remote and starts as soon as possible.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is USD 37,450 to USD 84,250, determined by role, level, and geographic factors. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, generous paid time off, parental leave, mental health support, stock options, budgets for learning, home office, and team events.
