As the Revenue Strategy & Business Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Remote's most crucial revenue growth decisions. This involves operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, leading high-impact, data-driven initiatives that directly influence executive-level priorities and the overall business direction. The role demands analytical rigor, sharp business acumen, and expert senior stakeholder management to tackle complex commercial challenges.

What You Bring
- Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in a strategic role within a high-growth startup or scale-up (e.g., strategy, business operations, corporate development, growth)
- Ability to generate profound insights from data and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations
- Strong leadership and ownership skills, with the capacity to work autonomously while aligning with overall business strategy
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to solution implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a decisive bias for action
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to dive deep into unstructured business problems
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of trends and market dynamics in SaaS and B2B software markets
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and frame high-impact business problems related to revenue growth, utilizing a blend of data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder input
- Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover opportunities and meticulously assess trade-offs
- Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable strategies and effectively communicate them to C-level audiences
- Influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategic recommendations and drive their successful execution across the organization
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives comprehensively, from problem definition to alignment, execution, and performance measurement
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders and executives to proactively surface and shape high-priority initiatives
- Act as a generalist thought partner to revenue leaders, assisting them in solving complex business challenges

Our salary bands may appear wide due to our international operations and globally distributed workforce. We utilize geo ranges to account for geographic pay differentials, maintaining competitiveness in diverse markets while hiring globally. The base salary range for this full-time position is $52,600 to $147,950 USD. Actual base pay for the successful candidate will depend on factors like location, transferable skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. This range is subject to change.
