This role covers internal and external benefit systems from sourcing and enrollment to renewals and integrations. It sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and operations to deliver compliant, competitive, and seamless benefit experiences worldwide.
What You Bring
- Extensive product management experience in benefits, payroll, or HR tech.
- Strong technical abilities with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
- Proficient in SQL for data validation, insights, and strategy.
- User-focused mindset translating customer needs into impactful products.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and design.
- Passion for remote work and global accessibility.
- Fluency in English and remote work experience appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead evolution of Remote’s benefits platform across internal tools and external integrations.
- Conduct research to identify new provider integrations and expansion opportunities.
- Define and execute the roadmap for benefit sourcing, enrollment, and renewal automation.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define integration requirements and testing plans.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to negotiate and scale strategic benefit provider relationships.
- Monitor performance and usage metrics to drive optimization and scalability.
- Serve as subject matter expert on benefits integrations and internal systems.
- Work with various teams to ensure cohesive benefit delivery and customer experience.
Practicals
Reporting to the Group Product Manager within the Pay Ecosystem - Benefits team. Preferred applicants are from EMEA and AMER. Start as soon as possible.
