As an Account Executive Mid Market & Enterprise - UKI at Remote, you will help prospective and active customers experience our Global HR Platform. This pure hunting role focuses on driving net new business by utilizing Remote's suite of products and maintaining transparency with a fair price guarantee.

  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and company services.
  • Ability to initiate, convert prospects, close deals, and work through complex decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer service excellence.
  • HR industry experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 'Land' opportunity deals with accurate close dates.
  • Maintain a clean, high velocity pipeline of opportunities.
  • Present and deliver key information to potential clients efficiently.
  • Follow-up promptly on client questions using internal collaboration.
  • Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Engage in proactive cold calling and networking at industry events.

Practicals

You will report to the Manager, Sales and work as part of the UKI Sales Team with a global focus. Candidates from EMEA are prioritized.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our compensation strategy ensures fair, unbiased compensation with above in-location rates. The On-Target Earnings range from $74,650 USD to $168,000 USD, with the base salary constituting 50% and determined by location and individual qualifications.
