This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote at a pivotal moment and make a meaningful impact as a Payroll (PAY) and HRIS Customer Success Manager. You will work as a trusted advisor to customers, helping to shape, fine-tune, and improve payroll and HRIS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Remote Payroll and HRIS services.
  • Manage the customer journey to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer complaints and resolve payroll related issues.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for product and experience enhancements.
  • Educate and train customers on payroll processes.
  • Monitor account health, prevent churn, and manage escalations.

What you bring

  • Customer-facing experience in CSM or Account Management within international payroll/HR tech.
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll software, systems, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to onboard, grow, and retain customer relationships.
  • Experience managing cross-departmental projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-driven and autonomous in fast-paced environments.
