Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle automation and tech process optimization projects from concept to execution.
- Utilize cutting-edge tools like Replit, Cursor, and Claude to build and optimize automation processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and HR, to pinpoint pain points and deliver automated solutions that improve overall business operations.
- Proactively explore and implement new technologies and coding solutions to drive continuous improvement and streamline workflows.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks and manual processes to significantly boost productivity.
- Integrate automation tools and scripts across diverse platforms and systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
