Job Description
Talent Sourcer at Remote Leverage
Remote Leverage is actively seeking dedicated Talent Sourcers to join their team. Multiple remote positions are immediately available, offering a compensation of $1600-$2000 USD per month. Remote Leverage specializes in assisting US businesses with hiring applicants from various countries for remote job opportunities, and you would be working directly with these businesses to fulfill their staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and other approved platforms.
- Identify candidates that align with active and upcoming client job requirements.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles and skill sets.
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement to assess candidate interest and availability.
- Review resumes and profiles to ensure candidates meet role-specific requirements.
- Perform light pre-screening to assess communication skills, experience, and role alignment.
- Submit qualified candidates into the recruiting pipeline following internal standards.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Operations to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities.
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on recruiter feedback, hiring outcomes, and client demand.
- Support ticket vetting and urgent sourcing needs as required.
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong resume screening and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and outreach techniques.
- Ability to adapt sourcing strategies based on feedback.
Qualifications
- 1+ Years as a Talent Sourcer or similar position.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- Energetic & upbeat.
