Job Summary: Data Analyst at Remote Leverage

Remote Leverage is actively seeking multiple talented Data Analysts to join their remote team. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for individuals who can provide accurate and timely information on core business functions to US-based stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in tracking key metrics, analyzing marketing effectiveness, and transforming raw data into actionable insights for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information on core business functions to stakeholders.
  • Track vacancies filled and clients served to monitor operational performance.
  • Analyze marketing advertisement effectiveness in generating leads and optimizing campaigns.
  • Extract data from diverse business sources including CRMs, ATS, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Stripe.
  • Transform complex data into user-friendly formats such as spreadsheets, detailed reports, and interactive dashboards.

Required Skills and Tools

  • Python: Intermediate, hands-on experience comfortable maintaining and extending existing codebases, including ETL pipelines, Jupyter notebooks, and Plotly Dash dashboards. Strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills are essential for reasoning about code.
  • SQL / BigQuery: Proven experience querying and updating analytical data using SQL. Familiarity with Google BigQuery or similar analytical databases is required.
  • Git / GitHub: Working knowledge of core GitHub workflows (push, pull, branches, issues) and the ability to collaborate on, maintain, and improve shared codebases.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Proven experience working with various GCP services.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical position.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
  • Stable internet connection, a reliable laptop, and a headset are required for remote work.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to listen to feedback and continuously improve.
