About Remote Leverage

As a rapidly growing company in the HR and outsourcing industry, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations, ensure workflow optimization, and drive overall business performance. Compensation: $5000-$10000 USD Per Month!
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments (Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of workflows and processes designed to enhance business efficiency and client experience
- Establish and hold departments accountable for key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction across all operations
- Drive operational initiatives that maximize revenue, improve profitability, and support the growth of Remote Leverage
- Build and maintain high-performing teams by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution, ensuring that each department meets performance expectations
- Prioritize client needs and experience, developing processes that maintain and enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to inform operational decisions, refine workflows, and optimize business practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in operations management, with significant exposure to the recruitment and outsourcing industries (ideally including HR tech or staffing)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of successfully developing and implementing optimized workflows and processes
- Strong ability to set clear objectives and hold teams accountable for performance
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
