Key Responsibilities

• Manage remote employee onboarding, including user creation and setting up access permissions.
• Efficiently troubleshoot automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n from a remote environment.
• Investigate and resolve backend technical issues remotely, with a particular focus on forms and CRM workflows.
• Update code and configurations for WordPress, HTML snippets, and refine workflow logic.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Replit, and Cursor to effectively modify and debug code and automation logic.

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Proven proficiency in automation troubleshooting tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Experience with WordPress and comprehensive backend web development.
• Familiarity with various CRM platforms and their intricate workflows.
• Proficient coding capabilities in HTML and JavaScript.
• Strong, clear communication skills essential for detailed technical issue reporting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automation Developer or in a similar position.
• Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Must have a stable internet connection, a reliable laptop, and a headset for remote work.
