Your responsibilities will span across managing user access, troubleshooting automation workflows, resolving technical issues within CRM platforms, and maintaining web code. You'll leverage modern automation and AI tools to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding remotely, including user creation and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n from a remote setup.
- Investigate and resolve backend technical issues remotely, focusing on forms and CRM workflows.
- Update code and configurations for WordPress, HTML snippets, and workflow logic.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Replit, and Cursor to modify and debug code and automation logic.
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Zapier, Make, or n8n for automation troubleshooting.
- Experience with WordPress and backend web development.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and their workflows.
- Proficient coding skills in HTML and JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills for technical issue reporting.
Qualifications
- 1+ Years as an Automation Developer or similar position.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
