About the Role: Video Editor, Performance & Growth Content at Remote Latinos
Remote Latinos, an Inc. 5000 (#170) and Clutch award-winning Amazon/growth agency, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor, Performance & Growth Content to join their fully remote team. This full-time position with an immediate start offers an exciting opportunity to craft high-performing video content for a variety of platforms, including YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Meta/Google ads, and other marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit approximately 8 long-form YouTube videos and 25+ Shorts/ads on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all video content features engaging hooks, fast pacing, effective jump cuts, and dynamic visuals to maximize audience retention and performance.
- Design compelling thumbnails, graphics, and on-screen text, strictly adhering to premium brand standards and avoiding overuse of generic stock footage.
- Meticulously follow strict project guidelines and handle reviews and revisions with precision and a keen eye for detail.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong focus on YouTube content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard professional editing tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in video retention strategies and pacing techniques.
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and possessing strong English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
