About Remote Latinos
We are a real estate business seeking a driven and detail-oriented Cold Caller to support our sales pipeline in property transactions and title search research. This is a part-time remote role.
Position Overview
As our Cold Caller Title Search, you will make outbound calls, build rapport with prospects, and support our title search process. The role combines sales experience with research and organizational skills to help efficiently move real estate deals forward.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and property owners.
- Build rapport, follow up consistently, and pre-qualify leads.
- Conduct title searches including liens, deeds, and chain of title reviews from county records.
- Organize and store research findings in Google Drive/Docs/Sheets.
- Utilize tools like DataTree, TitlePro247, Propstream, or Batchleads.
- Maintain accurate lead and call tracking records.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent reading comprehension.
- Proven sales experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telesales.
- Mandatory real estate experience with title search expertise.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience performing title searches in the U.S.
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs or lead management platforms.
