Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer at Remote Growth Partners is the visual leader behind the Client brand. In this role, you will bring storytelling to life through strategic visual design across digital and print platforms. You will lead brand creative efforts, maintain a strong visual identity, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Vision:
- Own and evolve the Client visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Translate marketing goals into visually compelling campaigns.
- Develop concepts and mood boards for new initiatives.
- Ensure cohesive design across various channels.
Project Execution & Asset Oversight:
- Manage design production timelines from concept to delivery.
- Create diverse marketing assets including social media, emails, print materials, and event visuals.
- Conduct kick-off meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain best practices for digital organic and paid media assets.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Mentor and manage Junior Designers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Align visuals with copy and messaging for a cohesive brand experience.
Creative Problem Solving & Brand Innovation:
- Bring fresh ideas and new design formats.
- Optimize visual assets based on performance data.
- Ensure accessibility and scalability of designs across platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in visual design or art direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and multi-platform execution.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or similar tools).
- Experience managing brand visual identity.
- Ability to lead creative brainstorms and collaborate in fast-paced environments.
