About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer is the visual leader behind the Client brand for our client. In this role, you’ll bring the storytelling to life through compelling, strategic, and consistent visual design across platforms and campaigns. You will be responsible for digital ads, social assets, live event materials, influencer boxes, merch, and new products. Your work will shape how the audience experiences the brand.
Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Brand Vision: Own and evolve the Client visual identity, maintain brand guidelines, and deliver major creative vision translating marketing goals into strong visual campaigns.
- Project Execution & Asset Oversight: Lead design execution from concept to delivery; manage production timelines using ClickUp and oversee creation of all marketing assets including social media graphics, ad assets, email layouts, landing pages, and event visuals.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Mentor junior designers, collaborate with the Director of Marketing, VP of Growth, and other teams to ensure visuals align with overall brand messaging.
- Creative Problem Solving & Brand Innovation: Bring fresh ideas, optimize assets for performance and ensure accessibility across platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in visual design or art direction in a digital or DTC environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and multi-platform execution.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or equivalent).
- Experience managing brand visual identity and producing consistent assets at scale.
- Ability to lead creative brainstorms and translate briefs into compelling visuals.
- Experience collaborating in fast-paced environments with marketers, writers, and developers.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality visual output.
