The team is now expanding go-to-market efforts to bring these innovations to more medical practices across the U.S. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in this expansion.
Need-to-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role with high volumes of cold calling
- Proven success in meeting targets for meetings booked or opportunities generated
- Experience with email, call, and social-based prospecting
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Background in health-tech or selling to medical practices
- Experience with tools like Amplemarket, Instantly, or Apollo
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social platforms to identify qualified leads
- Research and target high-potential healthcare practices using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Craft personalized sequences to engage prospects and book meetings
- Use discovery frameworks to qualify prospects and understand their needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records, logging outreach and funnel movement
- Report weekly on outreach performance and help refine messaging
- Partner with leadership to improve campaign strategy and lead quality
- Hit or exceed monthly goals for outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunities created
