They are tackling inefficiencies in clinical operations with a suite of modern, automation-first solutions. The team is now expanding go-to-market efforts to bring these innovations to more medical practices across the U.S. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in this expansion.

Need-to-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role with high volumes of cold calling
  • Proven success in meeting targets for meetings booked or opportunities generated
  • Experience with email, call, and social-based prospecting
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Background in health-tech or selling to medical practices
  • Experience with tools like Amplemarket, Instantly, or Apollo

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social platforms to identify qualified leads
  • Research and target high-potential healthcare practices using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Craft personalized sequences to engage prospects and book meetings
  • Use discovery frameworks to qualify prospects and understand their needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, logging outreach and funnel movement
  • Report weekly on outreach performance and help refine messaging
  • Partner with leadership to improve campaign strategy and lead quality
  • Hit or exceed monthly goals for outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunities created
