Sales Development Representative at Remote Growth Partners
Our client is a fast-growing web + SEO services company built by former top-performing door-to-door sellers. They’ve scaled to a 23-person fulfillment org and support 70+ active clients with strong testimonials and consistent results. Their cold-calling motion is already proven, booking 50%+ of decision-makers they reach, and they’re ready to scale what works with dedicated appointment setters.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's reach by engaging business owners and decision-makers through a proven cold-calling methodology. This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a high-dial environment and are passionate about driving initial sales conversations.
Need-to-Have Qualifications
- 1+ year of cold-calling or outbound sales experience (high-dial environment)
- Very strong spoken English with an American-sounding accent and confident tonality
- Ability to follow a tight script while staying direct, clear, and high-energy
- Comfort handling basic objections (agree/acknowledge, overcome, continue)
- Willingness to make 100–150 dials per day and work consistently in U.S. business hours
- High grit and motivation for true cold outreach into business owners
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience selling to SMB owners in home services or local trades (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, concrete, etc.)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel and/or HubSpot-style CRMs
- Experience using dialers like JustCall, ReadyMode, or similar power dialers
- Experience improving show rates with follow-up workflows (text/email reminders)
- Based in Latin America (time zone alignment + accent fit preferred)
Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to business owners and decision-makers
- Run a short, punchy discovery opener and set meetings in 3–5 minutes when qualified
- Set 10–12 held appointments per week for the closer by consistently working the pipeline
- Work daily follow-ups to confirm attendance and improve show rate (targeting 30–40%+)
- Use the provided lead lists (10,000+ contacts) and follow the team’s calling SOPs and scripts
- Collect key details during booking (needs, urgency, competitor names) to qualify intent
- Log all call outcomes, notes, and next steps cleanly inside the CRM
- Collaborate with sales leadership on call reviews, coaching, and continuous script iteration
- Maintain a reactivation and callback list to keep volume high and calendars full
