About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding hemp wellness eCommerce brand specializing in THC-based consumer products sold online. They manage substantial Meta ad spend ($300k–$500k monthly) and are actively building an in-house performance marketing team. This role operates within a complex, regulated environment, focusing on scaling customer acquisition while adhering to strict platform policies.

Need to Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with $100k+ monthly ad spend.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) with a strong track record of performance optimization.
  • Experience managing customer acquisition campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously in complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong English communication skills and availability for 4+ hours of daily overlap with PST.

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience running campaigns across additional channels such as Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Shopping), Snapchat, or native ad platforms.
  • Familiarity with Axon/Applovin, Outbrain, Taboola, RevContent, or Connected TV advertising.
  • Experience working with reporting or attribution tools such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as cannabis, gambling, or health products.
  • Familiarity with Shopify data analysis and performance reporting tools like WorkMagic.

Responsibilities of the Paid Media Manager

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple Meta ad accounts with six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to improve CAC and ROAS.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot campaigns across multiple accounts to navigate platform compliance restrictions.
  • Draft clear creative briefs for new ad concepts based on performance data and testing frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign data and produce performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external agencies managing additional ad accounts.
  • Support the transition of agency-managed ad accounts to in-house campaign management.
  • Execute structured testing for audiences, creatives, and campaign settings to identify scalable winners.
