  • Analytical and data-obsessed: You know how to interpret metrics like conversion rates, cost per booking, channel ROI, and SDR performance.

  • A strong communicator: You can provide clear instructions, give structured feedback, and present simple weekly summaries to leadership.

  • Creative enough: You can guide outbound messaging, test new angles, and collaborate with copywriters when needed.

  • Accountable: You own the system, the performance, and the outcomes. You thrive in a role where results speak for themselves.

What You’ll Do as Head of Growth

  • Own the entire outbound engine across: Cold email, LinkedIn, SMS, Cold calling, Direct mail

  • Creating and optimizing multi-touch outbound cadences.

  • Ensuring campaigns go out on time, to the right leads, with the right messaging.

  • Managing and supporting contractors and SDRs.

  • Creating clear reporting on weekly outbound performance.

  • Maintaining scripts, objection handling, and call workflows.

  • Ensuring every outbound action lands on the calendar.

  • Managing the CRM and ensuring our 1,200 target companies are fully covered.

  • Keeping the database clean, deduplicated, and accurately tracked.

  • Building dashboards for cost per booked call, conversion rates, ROI, SDR metrics, and TAM coverage.

  • Identifying issues early and fixing bottlenecks fast.

  • Coordinating the outbound tech stack (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, GoHighLevel, etc.).

  • Documenting SOPs and improving processes continuously.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years experience in GTM Ops, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, Demand Gen, or outbound-focused roles.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel outbound programs.

  • Strong analytical and operational skills.

  • Experience managing SDRs or outbound reps.

  • Ability to write or guide outbound copy.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Comfortable in both strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Experience with CRMs and outbound tools.

  • Ability to work autonomously and own results.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in home improvement, B2B, SaaS, or performance marketing.

  • Experience with direct mail campaigns.

  • Experience leading small teams.

  • Familiarity with Clay.com, Instantly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.

  • Experience building dashboards (Google Sheets or Looker/Data Studio).
