About the Role - Remote (Work From Home) - Flexible Schedule
RemodelBoom runs a high-volume, trigger-based direct mail program for home improvement companies across the U.S. We are hiring multiple part-time Administrative Assistants to help execute this program with speed, accuracy, and consistency. This is a flexible, output-based role. You claim batches of mail pieces, complete them efficiently, and get paid per piece. The faster and more accurately you work, the more you earn. All materials and a printer are provided. This is structured, detail-oriented admin work where reliability and precision matter most.
How It Works
- Work as an independent contractor (1099)
- Claim batches of mail pieces as they become available
- Print, stuff envelopes, affix the stamps, and drop them off at the post office
- Get paid per piece, weekly
Think of it like an operations queue - when pieces are available, you claim them and start working. You control your output and earnings.
Compensation
$0.15 per completed mailer
Average output: 100 pieces per hour
Estimated earnings: ~$15 per hour at standard pace
Paid weekly for all completed pieces
Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is highly preferred, along with some weekday availability.
What You’ll Do
- Print personalized letters using provided templates
- Handwrite short notes (a few words) when required
- Stuff, stamp, and quality-check mail pieces
- Verify names and details match envelopes exactly
- Flag mismatches or data issues immediately
- Track completed volume accurately
- Maintain inventory of paper, envelopes, ink, and stamps
- Use and maintain company-provided printer and materials

- Able to print at least 1,000 letters per week
- Willing to make USPS drop-offs
- Space in your home for a printer setup
- Located in Eastern or Central Time zones
- Neat, legible handwriting
