Job Description
About the Executive Founders Office Role
This is not a standard “Operations” or "Executive Assistant to a Founder" role, nor is it a strategic "think tank" role. It is an execution role.
Our client, Remoat Teams, is an AI-powered services company scaling rapidly from 700 to 1,000+ people. We serve unicorn fintechs and data providers used by the Mag-7. The stakes are high, the pace is unreasonable for most, and the standards are binary: It is done, or it is not.
We are looking for a Force Multiplier. Your job is to take the intent of the CEO and Chief of Staff and convert it into operational reality.
The Trade-Off
What you give: Your full focus, 6 days a week. Your ego (you will be corrected often). Your comfort zone (you will build systems for problems you’ve never seen before.)
What you get: A PhD in Scaling. You will sit in executive meetings, be involved in negotiations with enterprise clients, and see exactly how a $100M company is built from the inside. You will grow more in 12 months here than in 5 years at an "ordinary" corporate job.
The Scope of Services (What you will actually do)
1. The Gatekeeper (20%)
- Calendar Architecture: You do not just "schedule meetings," or “manage the calendar.” You defend the CEO’s time asset. You ruthlessly decline, reschedule, and shorten meetings to prioritize revenue-generating activities.
- Inbox Triage: You process communication at the executive level. You draft responses that require zero editing. If the CEO has to correct your grammar or tone, you have failed.
2. The Operator (80%)
- System Construction: You will not just "manage" projects; you will build the machine. If the CEO says "Fix Recruitment," you build the flow, the dashboard, and the reporting cadence.
- Meeting ROI: You own the agenda and the follow-up. You ensure no meeting ends without distinct owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Shadow & Synthesis: You sit in high-level discussions. Your output is not "notes"; it is a synthesized Action Plan. You translate "Executive Vision" into "Staff Orders."
The DNA (Who survives here)
- High Speed, Low Drag: You figure things out. You do not ask "How do I do this?"; you ask "I have three solutions, which one do you prefer?"
- Data over Feelings: You are comfortable with direct feedback. You do not take correction personally; you take it professionally and fix the system.
- Tech-Native: You use AI to speed up your workflow. You are faster than your peers because you leverage tools, not just effort.
- Discretion is Currency: You will see sensitive data. A single breach of trust is a single-strike exit.
The Profile
- Experience: You might be a burned-out auditor/lawyer seeking impact, a former founder, or a "Star Player" in a slow company who is bored.
- Intelligence: You are undeniably the smartest person in your current friend group.
- Hunger: You are in a season of life where work is your primary focus.
Compensation
Base: Six-Figure PHP Monthly.
Performance: Bonuses for hitting operational milestones.
Growth: This is a track to Senior Leadership. If you survive 2 years, you will have the skills to run a department.
