About the Role

The Recipient Experience team ensures that funds reach the right recipient, safely and without delay. As a Software Development Engineer II, you will work in a front-end leaning full-stack team to solve complex challenges and improve the recipient experience across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build for scale: Design and implement solutions using React, GraphQL, and Java/Kotlin.
  • Design: Engage in brainstorming, technical design, and grooming sessions.
  • Craft with pride: Emphasize product quality and robust software build.
  • Collaborate: Work with product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers.
  • Reporting: Report to the Engineering Manager of the Money Movement Experience team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of engineering experience in a team environment.
  • Experience in leading full-stack development and mentoring other engineers.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and advanced deployment strategies.
