About Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

As a Technical Project Manager in our AI and LLM Services department, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver advanced LLM and AI solutions for top-tier clients. You will drive the full project lifecycle from scoping through deployment and manage technical feasibility, resource allocation, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of engineers and machine learning practitioners.
  • Drive full lifecycle of advanced ML projects.
  • Translate business requirements into technical plans and roadmaps.
  • Oversee project progress, KPIs, and risk mitigations.
  • Facilitate solution design discussions with stakeholders.
  • Champion best engineering practices for scalable AI systems.
  • Communicate project status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years in ML or data-driven project delivery.
  • 2+ years in managing end-to-end engineering projects; LLM/NLP experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Git, Docker, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience in managing LLM, NLP, or generative AI projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud ML workflows (AWS, GCP, Azure) and quantum technologies.
