About Technical Project Manager

Position Overview
As a Technical Project Manager in our AI and LLM Services department, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver advanced LLM and AI solutions for top-tier clients. You will drive the full project lifecycle from scoping through deployment and manage technical feasibility, resource allocation, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams of engineers and machine learning practitioners.
- Drive full lifecycle of advanced ML projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical plans and roadmaps.
- Oversee project progress, KPIs, and risk mitigations.
- Facilitate solution design discussions with stakeholders.
- Champion best engineering practices for scalable AI systems.
- Communicate project status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in ML or data-driven project delivery.
- 2+ years in managing end-to-end engineering projects; LLM/NLP experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Git, Docker, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in managing LLM, NLP, or generative AI projects.
- Familiarity with cloud ML workflows (AWS, GCP, Azure) and quantum technologies.
