Overview

The Associate, People Operations at ReliefWeb (working under HealthX Partners Incorporated) will provide operational and project management support to the HR People Operations team. This role supports efficient HR processes, administration of HR tasks and projects, and collaborates closely with different HR teams to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of departmental projects and employee programs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new tools and workflows.
  • Support People Operations automations, events, travel, content creation, and HR systems management.
  • Maintain data integrity, run custom reports, and assist in software upgrades.
  • Provide moderate financial management support including reconciliations and vendor payments.
  • Assist with audit documentation and compliance oversight.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • At least 3 years of related experience. • Working knowledge of HR operational functions and compliance requirements. • Excellent organizational, administrative, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS based software (e.g., SharePoint, Meridian, Lawson, iCIMS). • High level of confidentiality and strong problem-solving abilities. • Excellent collaboration and customer service skills.
