We encourage applications from individuals from minoritized backgrounds and those with lived experience in the contexts we serve, as we are committed to building an inclusive and authentic workplace.

About Relief International
Relief International is a global non-profit organization dedicated to partnering with communities affected by conflict, climate change, and disaster. We focus on saving lives, building resilience, and promoting long-term health and wellbeing across 14 countries in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Our programming includes Health and Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education, and Livelihoods, all contributing to community resilience.
About the Opportunity
The Supply Chain Systems Specialist will be crucial in leading the implementation and ongoing support for Relief International's new Procure-to-Pay, asset, and inventory systems across all operational countries. This primarily involves integrating Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Asset modules within Oracle NetSuite, linking them to the existing NetSuite finance system.
Additionally, this role involves supporting the pilot and subsequent scaling of a third-party medical inventory management system (IMC PIMS), which will integrate with NetSuite's inventory module. This system will be deployed in medical warehouses and supported health facilities for comprehensive inventory and consumption monitoring. The Specialist will also collaborate with the Global IT Automation Specialist to automate Supply Chain and Operations forms using Microsoft Forms where other systems are not applicable, ensuring their successful rollout.
System implementation support will be conducted remotely, with in-country travel as permitted by budget and security considerations.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the testing, configuration, piloting, and integration of NetSuite Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and assets.
- Drive the pilot of the IMC PIMS inventory system and support its scaling post-successful pilot.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, training materials, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage critical data functions: collection, cleansing, migration, and ongoing system-level data administration (users, warehouses, suppliers, products, workflows).
- Execute the rollout of Supply Chain systems across all Relief International countries, encompassing training, configuration, go-lives, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure systems enhance organizational efficiency.
- Oversee and provide 1st–3rd line support structures for Relief International's Supply Chain and Operations systems, acting as the primary contact for external support partners.
- Lead the scaling, integration, rollout, and support of third-party medical inventory management systems in conjunction with NetSuite deployment.
- Strengthen operational processes by reviewing local and global supply chain practices and assist in revising Supply Chain and Operations policies and processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide support for emergency responses as needed, including potential emergency deployment.
About You
Candidates should possess the following experience and skills:
- Significant experience implementing Oracle NetSuite Procure-to-Pay or a similar global ERP P2P system across multiple countries within a global organization.
