Overview
Reliant Community Federal Credit Union is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain technology systems at our headquarters in Sodus, New York. The role includes both on-site responsibilities and some remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term technology objectives and plans.
- Monitor and report on IT system performance for efficiency improvements.
- Recommend technology solutions to improve availability and resiliency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance via routine backups, patches, and vendor evaluations.
- Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and response efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field desired
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in data processing including networks, PCs, and programming
- Advanced understanding of network and security principles
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
