Overview

Reliant Community Federal Credit Union is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain technology systems at our headquarters in Sodus, New York. The role includes both on-site responsibilities and some remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term technology objectives and plans.
  • Monitor and report on IT system performance for efficiency improvements.
  • Recommend technology solutions to improve availability and resiliency.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance via routine backups, patches, and vendor evaluations.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and response efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field desired
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in data processing including networks, PCs, and programming
  • Advanced understanding of network and security principles
  • Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
