Role Overview - Lead AI Solution Architect

In the F&R Engineering department, you will identify new AI opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, take prototypes to production, bridge technical and business perspectives, and spread AI knowledge across the company.

  • Identify and validate AI opportunities in retail and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and test working prototypes with customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to produce scalable AI products.
  • Communicate complex AI capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with rapid AI technology developments.

What You’ll Bring

A proven track record of taking AI concepts from ideation to production, a relentless drive to ship impactful products, and exceptional hands-on coding skills. You will need strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the AI landscape.

Bonus: Experience with enterprise software in B2B SaaS, retail/manufacturing domain expertise, and customer-facing technical work.
