Overview
Relay, a dynamic and rapidly growing tech startup based in Raleigh, is revolutionizing frontline work. We have pioneered a new product category featuring simple, rugged, smart-radio devices accompanied by a comprehensive cloud ecosystem for B2B clients and frontline workers. Join our product team as a Product Management Intern for the Fall semester (with potential span into Spring) and gain hands-on experience in a high growth environment.
Job Responsibilities
Product Discovery: Participate in customer visits, call sessions, and review analytics to identify opportunities, gather user feedback, and validate new product features.
Product Delivery: Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to define product requirements, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure the timely delivery of features.
AI Integration: Explore and identify AI/ML opportunities to enhance product features and optimize workflows.
What You Will Bring
- Final year undergraduate student from a local university with a strong academic record (GPA 3.5+).
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Blend of business and technical acumen, with a curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for entrepreneurship in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Internship Details
This paid internship is based in our Raleigh, NC headquarters. Candidates must be local and available in office at least 2 times per week, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. High performing interns may be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.
