About the People Team
The People team is a core enabler of the business with a true seat at the table. They support compensation, benefits, performance, onboarding, and all facets of employee relations while embedding within departments and shaping foundational strategies.
About the Role: Associate People Business Partner
This role involves coordinating exit interviews, reviewing and administering Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and written warnings, and serving as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions. You will support HR administrative processes including employee relations cases, investigations, compliance activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
About You
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 1–2 years of HR or employee relations experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from $93,000 to $108,000 USD, complemented by competitive equity, generous PTO and sick leave, parental leave, and an annual development stipend. Explore further benefits and perks on our website.
