Technical Analyst at Relatient

Your Role at Relatient
You will join the team as a Technical Analyst to enhance client experience, resolve client issues, and support troubleshooting efforts both via phone and email. You will manage support cases, update and monitor the support portal, and help guide clients to resolve issues, ensuring quality service delivery.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Enhance overall Relatient client experience.
- Resolve client complaints and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Monitor support cases and manage case assignments.
- Guide clients on usage and solutions for user errors.
- Provide web portal training and continuous client updates.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least one year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in technical support. Familiarity with SQL (basic or intermediate queries) and programming/scripting fundamentals is needed.

Pay & Perks
The estimated pay for positions based in the U.S. is $21.00-$26.00 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k) with company match, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and flexible work options.

Location & Eligibility
This role is preferred to be based in the Greater Atlanta Metro area, though remote candidates with the right skillset are also considered. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
