About the Role: Brand Ambassador
Kick-start the New Year by taking your career to the next level. REL Field Marketing is seeking driven, confident Brand Ambassadors to represent two of the UK’s leading vaping brands – ELFBAR & Lost Mary. If you bring the ambition and energy, we’ll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed and thrive!
This is a Full Time, Permanent position based in Manchester City Centre and surrounds, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting independent retailers across your territory to promote ELFBAR and Lost Mary.
- Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers, using your influencing skills to improve product visibility through point-of-sale materials such as posters.
- Driving retailer engagement with our rewards programme.
- Expanding brand presence by identifying and engaging new stores to increase visibility and awareness across your region.
- Taking full ownership of your territory, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise engagement and performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous field sales experience is beneficial, but not essential – we’re looking for ambition, drive, and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the vaping industry, or a strong interest in building a career within it.
- Genuine passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- A full manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
