About the Customer Engagement and Loyalty Team

The Customer Engagement & Loyalty team designs and builds lasting relationships across Reitmans, RW&CO, and PENN. Their mission is to connect brand creativity with data-driven precision to deliver omnichannel, personalized fashion experiences that boost customer lifetime value and inspire brand advocacy.

The Opportunity

As Digital Product Manager Customer Engagement, you will shape how RCL connects with customers by owning the lifecycle of customer engagement products including loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and journey orchestration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Strategy: Translate engagement strategy into product roadmaps, map customer journeys, and define features based on business needs and ROI.
  • Execution & Delivery: Partner with IT and vendors to deliver solutions on time and budget, track product performance, and oversee change management and training.
  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Communicate product vision across RCL while managing and mentoring a team of product owners.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on market trends and lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • University degree in related fields
  • 8+ years in product management, with CRM and loyalty platform experience
  • 3+ years of team leadership and managing complex roadmaps
  • Strong financial acumen with ROI measurement expertise
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo)
  • Experience with analytics tools (SQL, GA4, MicroStrategy) and data privacy compliance
  • Bilingualism with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an asset
