Talent Manager at Reign Maker Talent

Reign Maker Talent is seeking a motivated Talent Manager to join our team and collaborate with our network of Talent Representatives. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, strong connections within the digital Talent ecosystem, excellent relationships with buyers, and a demonstrable book of business. The ideal candidate is creative, savvy, and an experienced dealmaker adept at maximizing value for both Talent and buyers while managing numerous tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Talent management, contract negotiation, creative dealmaking, social media marketing, brand partnerships, endorsements, and a solid understanding of Creator Economy trends are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign and represent digital influencers and Talent.
  • Secure opportunities for your Talent roster and the broader Reign Maker Talent roster.
  • Service, support, and grow Talent businesses and opportunities.
  • Optimize and oversee the Talent onboarding process.
  • Identify and recruit for the Talent roster and buyers based on key influencer and creator economy trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong buyer relationships and regular buyer engagement.
  • Conduct focused research to identify real-time market trends.
  • Develop a robust understanding of the creator economy landscape, monetization trends, and platform optimization.
  • Grow a team responsible for managing/developing/maintaining relationships between influencers and buyers (brands and agencies).
  • Act as a collaborative resource for Talent Managers, teams, and leaders.
  • Meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in talent management/representation of Digital Talent and/or celebrities.
  • Proven experience representing creators across diverse niches.
  • A strong network within the digital Talent, buyers, brands, agencies, and broader digital and entertainment industries.
  • Professional experience managing brand partnerships, buyers, endorsements, and multi-level marketing/brand campaigns.

Location & Work Arrangement:

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates in Ontario, California, New York, Texas, and other major metropolitan markets. Occasional travel to satellite offices may be required.
