Overview

Are you a seasoned assurance professional ready to shift from execution to impact? At Rehmann, we need an Audit & Assurance Innovation and Technology Specialist to drive innovation, efficiency and quality in our Assurance and Financial Reporting department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and departmental committees to understand technology needs.
  • Define and implement best practices, policies, and guidelines for technology integration.
  • Act as subject matter expert for departmental software applications and manage user provisioning.
  • Implement new technologies, monitor adoption, and troubleshoot application incidents.
  • Coordinate technology-related projects, manage vendor relationships and software contracts.
  • Develop and lead training programs while supporting internal data management and compliance.

Desired Skills, Knowledge And Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field; CPA and/or PMP preferred.
  • Experience with audit software, electronic document management, workflow applications.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and customer service skills with executive presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Innovative mindset with experience in process optimization and technology integration.
