Job Overview

The Audit & Assurance Innovation and Technology Specialist role at Rehmann is designed for experienced assurance professionals seeking to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality across the firm. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for software applications within the Assurance and Financial Reporting (AFR) Department, acting as a liaison between business users and IT.

How You'll Make An Impact

You will: understand technology needs by collaborating with executive leadership and departmental committees, define and implement policies and best practices, and offer innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals. You will also monitor technology adoption, act as a product owner for department-specific software, troubleshoot incidents, and facilitate training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define technology policies and procedures.
• Implement and manage innovative software solutions for assurance.
• Act as product owner of department-specific technology applications.
• Coordinate technology projects and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and deliver training on technological tools and policies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field, CPA and/or PMP credentials, and extensive experience in audit software applications and process optimization. Strong leadership, customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software are essential.
