The Opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, fostering a vibrant community within your assigned center. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all administrative and support tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

A Typical Day at IWG

  • Ensure the center is ready before opening and conduct post-cleaner checks.
  • Handle diverse customer requests, including WiFi support, package management, and meeting room assistance.
  • Manage incoming calls, assist with customer setups (projector, coffee), and ensure accurate service charging for invoicing.
  • Process mail, sort, and manage further customer requests, confirming package deliveries.
  • Assist customers with printing, invoices, and address facility issues like temperature control by logging service tickets.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize and promote networking events, including creating and distributing e-invites and posters.
  • Engage with prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of the IWG community and upcoming events.
  • Manage the closing of the center, assisting departing groups and ensuring the space is tidy.

About You

We are seeking a proactive individual skilled in multitasking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customer needs (1+ years of customer service experience preferred).
  • A problem-solving attitude, taking ownership and finding effective solutions.
  • A positive, enthusiastic demeanor, adaptable to dynamic situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT equipment.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of application and be at least 18 years old.
