Job Description

What you'll do

As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dashboarding and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics, project progress, and resource allocation (Power BI). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and create insightful reports.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Set up monitoring systems to track project performance, resource utilization, and service delivery. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
  • Knowledge & Project Management: Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices, guidelines, and project documentation (Sharepoint, Confluence). Curate content, organize resources, and ensure easy access for team members. Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working.

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of business, economics, mathematics or comparable studies.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics (nice to have).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools - Power BI.
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Confluence and other collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management & project accounting processes.
  • Very good (spoken and written) level of English.
