About the Role
Join Registrar Corp, a mission-driven team transforming global compliance. As an Instructional Designer eLearning, you will design engaging, compliant online training programs for food safety and workforce training.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop online training courses using Lectora Inspire and other tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate regulatory content.
- Manage project lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
- Apply adult learning theories such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick.
- Conduct usability testing and revise content based on feedback.
Required Skillset And Experience
3-5+ years in instructional design/eLearning development, including work in regulated industries. Proficiency in Lectora Inspire, SCORM packaging, and accessibility standards is essential. Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia tools is a plus. You should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry-specific experience in food safety or worker safety, and relevant certifications such as CPLP or ATD Instructional Design Certificate.
