What You Will Bring To The Role

• A true passion for caring for others.
• A caring credential: Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies.
• Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is highly valued. Comprehensive training will be provided for those new to aged care.
• A commitment to delivering personalised, holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and living the life they deserve.
• If you are currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an aged care clinical placement, or hold an overseas nursing qualification, your compassion and dedication are highly sought after.
