About the Role
The Associate Director Thought Leader Liaison - Allergy is a field-based, non-sales role focused on enhancing interactions with key external Allergy KOLs. This role involves engaging thought leaders, developing advocacy, capturing market insights and liaising with marketing. It requires strong teamwork, communication, planning, and execution skills. The position reports to the National Director within the Commercial organization.
A Typical Day May Include
- Conducting business discussions about on-label product information and disease state.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strategic thought leader engagement.
- Planning and executing key engagements at conferences and field events.
- Acting as a liaison between thought leaders and internal cross-functional teams.
- Facilitating speaker development and logistical scheduling activities.
- Providing feedback on Allergy franchise marketing strategies and materials.
- Staying informed on laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s or advanced certification is a plus. You should have at least five years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles, ideally within the Allergy market or similar specialty markets. Launch experience, proven leadership skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects are essential. The role requires 60-80% travel and the candidate must reside in the designated territory and hold a valid driver's license.
Geography & Additional Details
