About Mitarbeiter Customer Service at Refresco

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be supporting the Customer Service Team in Mönchengladbach on a 24-month fixed term basis, working 20 hours per week. Your tasks include:
- Order entry, verification, and tracking for international clients.
- Creating and processing delivery notes and handling returns.
- Inventory control and ensuring on-time deliveries via coordination with various stakeholders.
- Customer communication regarding products nearing expiry in coordination with Key Account Management.
- Conduct performance evaluations on delivery and handling customer complaints supporting key accounts.
- General administrative tasks and efforts to deepen customer engagement.
Your Profile
Applicants should have a completed commercial training, for example, in industrial or forwarding business, coupled with experience in international order processing, or a degree in economics with a focus on logistics and some international trade experience. With at least three years in a similar role, strong organization, self-reliance, team spirit and excellent command over SAP/R3, MS Office and English communication skills are essential.
