Sales Associate Role

The Sales Associate (Part-Time) is focused on achieving individual sales goals while embodying Reformation's brand values. You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, engage customers, and provide an elevated in-store experience.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Engage customers and generate clientele.
• Create a delightful in-store experience.
• Educate customers on Reformation's sustainable products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to loss prevention.
• Uphold store standards and professional work environment.
• Communicate product feedback and share brand stories.

Compensation & Work Schedule

This position offers $18.00 per hour, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week over at least 3 days, including weekends and holidays as needed.
