Senior Data Analysts collect, process, and analyze large datasets to derive valuable insights and support informed decision-making for clients. They focus on strategy, implementation, productionization, and articulation of business impact.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction and modeling to generate insights.
• Define and construct KPIs for business performance.
• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Utilize storytelling techniques for effective dashboard construction.
• Build solutions and validate hypotheses through data analysis.
• Design, conduct, and measure qualitative and quantitative research.
• Create proposals and conduct A/B tests.
• Conduct ad-hoc studies as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand database structures and apply business rules.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Experience in analytics and business intelligence projects.
• Expertise in self-service BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong data visualization practices.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, or R.
• Ability to clean, prepare, and analyze large structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with exploratory, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with research techniques and satisfaction indicators.
