About the Role

The Group Product Manager Coinbase One Benefits will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for key benefits and increased engagement for Coinbase One Members. This role collaborates across teams to integrate trading and investment benefits including 0-fee trading, advanced trading rebates, DEX trading, and pre-token sale initiatives, as well as introducing new benefits in key geographies.

Key Areas of Focus

Coinbase One is evolving from a subscription to a membership experience across three primary parts:

  • Core Benefits: Trading, staking, saving, and more.
  • Expanded Benefits: Partner benefits and new launches.
  • Platform: Systems that enable benefit creation, launch, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own all facets from vision to execution.
  • Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Define OKRs and drive cross-functional product development.
  • Identify, define, and track key quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Prioritize stakeholder objectives and secure buy-in for a multi-year product vision.

What We Look For

  • 8+ years in Product Management with global consumer product experience.
  • 3+ years launching products in fintech, DeFi, or similar areas.
  • Strong product vision and execution with measurable impacts.
  • Experience with consumer product growth in referral and social engagement.
  • Expertise in payments, fintech, or crypto with deep market insights.
  • Analytical skills in market sizing and opportunity assessment.
  • Cross-functional leadership and user-centric mindset.
  • Onchain experience may be evaluated for crypto-related queries.
