Mission
As part of a strategic program within an international organization in the aviation sector, we are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join a Scrum team integrated into a SAFe train. The mission focuses on critical topics related to PNR (Passenger Name Record) security and open PNRs, with strong stakes in compliance, reliability, and service continuity.
Mission Objectives
Integrated into an Agile team, you will work closely with:
- Business Analysts
- Product Managers
- Quality Teams
- Development Teams
- Support and client teams (airlines, travel agencies)
You will contribute to understanding needs, functional design, solution validation, and client support.
Responsibilities
Requirement Evaluation:
- Develop and maintain functional knowledge of processes and services
- Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management
- Specify and validate functional dimensions
Functional Design:
- Write feasibility studies
- Produce solution presentation documents
- Write interface control documents
- Write product specifications
- Present functional demonstrations to stakeholders
- Identify interactions with other applications
Validation & System Integrity:
- Contribute to the testing strategy
- Review and validate test plans
- Ensure requirement ↔ test traceability
- Investigate production incidents
- Prioritize and qualify anomalies
Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure communication with Product, Project, Development, and Support teams
- Interact with clients (airlines, travel agencies)
- Support specification, testing, and implementation phases
Agile Participation:
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, Agile forums…)
- Contribute to solution evaluations
Profile
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst
- Experience in an Agile / Scrum / SAFe environment
- Ability to work in an international and multi-stakeholder context
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
