About the Role
The main role of a Team Leader is to support their Operations Manager overseeing a small group of consultants. They will have the shared responsibility to ensure that the growth ambition of R&M is met, whilst retaining a high degree of service focus and team spirit. Team Leaders also support their team in an Operational capacity as well as managing their own client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance within your allocated team, with a view to providing direction, training, coaching and motivation to deliver agreed targets.
- Provide on the job advice, guidance, and support to the allocated team daily basis and liaise with your Operations Manager as appropriate.
- Organize, facilitate, and host monthly team meetings for the entire team and support new starter inductions.
- Ensure workload is balanced equally amongst team members and work in conjunction with your Operations Manager to flex staff when required for the wider business.
- Regularly monitor and identify any client processes and procedures impacting productivity within the team while Identifying and implementing opportunities to add value to each booking.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, support development and address any individual concerns.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of client policy and consistently review processes to ensure full compliance, addressing any discrepancies promptly while maximizing opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Attend and actively participate in client-facing meetings to provide operational insights and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop a clear understanding of client objectives and ensure all team activities align with their goals and expectations.

Compensation
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity. For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $80,000 USD
